This dish is my famous as it is very famous In Surat mostly people preferred to eat Mahesh Ni Pav Bhaji so really it is very famous due to it Chatpati taste with the onion and butter as some people made at home also but the thing is that the Pav Bhaji which we get outside that is having a something different taste so that is why it is famous food in Surat.
2. Cholae Bhaturae
